GAR developed an automated property record card program several years ago that prints a property record card on demand directly from NYSRPSV4.  The card includes a digital photograph and sketch (if available).  Several communities have been utilizing the program, and some have eliminated paper cards and work with electronic records only. 

Recently, the City of Saratoga Springs purchased the APRC program as part of a grant project. 

NYS ORPS RPSV4 – newest version challenges.  For current users of the GAR APRC – we are experiencing some challenges with the new build of V4.  Our developers are working on how the new build affects the functionality of the program.  We anticipate a new version of the APRC will be rolled out to users in the very near future.  We appreciate our customers/users patience.
