Commercial Real Estate Appraiser.  GAR Associates, Inc. of Buffalo, New York is seeking a full-time General Certified Appraiser for the Western New York Region as well as the remainder of Upstate New York.  A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a commercial real estate appraiser is desired.  The position would entail the preparation of real estate appraisals on a wide variety of property types including single-user and multi-tenant commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family, special purpose properties and vacant land.

GAR Associates has a diversified client base and a comprehensive comparable database.

Compensation will include base salary and full benefits along with a lucrative incentive program.
