GAR has recently begun offering a full range of residential appraisal services in Albany and Schenectady Counties. David Barnett and Kevin Winchell, both New York State Certified Licensed Appraisers, are currently working out of our Albany Office.

As of April 1, 2009, all residential 1004 appraisal reports now will require an additional addendum form - 1004MC. This additional form requires appraisers to include detailed information regarding market trends and conditions of subject property.
