The City of Kingston (Ulster County New York) and the Towns of Malta (Saratoga County) and Niskayuna (Schenectady County) contract with GAR to assist in maintaining Full Value assessments after highly successful revaluations. GAR assisted all three communities with revaluations in 2008.
