A two-story building that was constructed in 2002 has sold. JLOC Brothers, LLC, which appears to be tied to anchor tenant D. Bobs Dental Care, paid $1,012,500 for the property. Blackacre Brothers LLC, which bought the property in 2013 for $750,000, was the seller.
The structure includes 2,806 sq.ft. of commercial space and three apartments. It was built by developer Paul Johnson and originally housed a Fleet Feet store.
