Canisius College has sold two off-campus residential properties. 2075 Main Street LLC purchased 2075 and 2079 Main Street from the college for $2.446 million yesterday. The LLC is registered to a Wendling Court address in Lancaster that is home to Kulback’s Construction.

The purchased properties are Griffin Hall at 2075 Main (entry image) and Main-Humboldt Townhomes (above) next to it at 2079 Main. Griffin Hall has 25 residential units in its three stories. Main-Humboldt Townhouses was built in 1989 and includes 31 garden apartments and a 28-car parking lot. The two properties sit behind the Humboldt-Hospital light rail station.

Under its 2018 Facilities Master Plan, Canisius College has been divesting of some of its off-campus holdings including a row of seven multi-family houses on Florida Street that Severyn Development is currently renovating.
