Syracuse.com real estate update includes over $500,000 in second half of 2019

Syracuse.com has updated its database of the latest commercial and residential real estate sales in Central New York.

Search three years of sales data in Cayuga, Madison, Onondaga and Oswego counties.

Syracuse.com updates its real estate sales database each week. The records come from the New York State Office of Real Property Tax Services.

Readers can search property sales by place, price, school district or the names of buyers and sellers for the last 3 years.

This week’s update includes 49 homes that have sold for more than $500,000 since July.

The highest-priced purchase was made by ABC News Anchor David Muir. Muir, who grew up in Central New York, paid $7 million for a home on Skaneateles Lake.

The property, at 3406 West Lake Road, was sold from one limited liability company to another – Cinquee LLC to 3406 WLR, LLC.

It was one of 11 sales over $500,000 in Skaneateles since July, records show.

The most expensive single-family home sale in Syracuse is the $548,900 sale of the mansion at 1419-25 James St. Countryside Federal Credit Union bought it from Mitchell B. and Phyl Feldman, records show. The house has nearly 9,000-square-feet of living space, including six bedrooms and four and a half baths.
